Red Inflamed Gums
Red inflamed gums are generally said to be the next level of gum disease. Red gums can be sore to the touch and quite painful. This level of gum disease is still quite treatable, and able to be reversed completely. However, that being said – it will require maintenance and the desire to seek improvement on a personal scale.
Red inflamed gums, can also be said to be ‘puffy’ and ‘tender’, and it can be quite hard to brush your teeth when you have such an advanced level of gum disease. The first step is to rid your mouth completely of unwanted chemicals and by-products that are commonly found in most toothpastes. This can be a hard pill to swallow – and I do not intend for this to become a smear-campaign against the big toothpaste companies, but there are several chemicals found in toothpaste that contribute to the red inflamed gums rather than treat the condition.
So, You’ve eliminated toothpaste in your daily routine – now what? Next you need to cut out mouthwashes that contain alcohol and other harmful chemicals that are similar to the ones found in toothpaste. This is because alcohol and other chemicals found in 99.9% of mouthwashes on the market tend to “dry-out” your gums, and only kill bacteria on contact, instead of coating your mouth and preventing the bacteria from spreading throughout the day. If you think about it, there are a lot of other things that cause certain health conditions, be it small or large – that when eliminating certain things from your daily activities can promote better health. Such as yogurt – yogurt supplies your GI tract with healthy bacteria and eliminates bad bacteria that can cause diarrhea and upset stomachs.
The true benefit is when you can become use to using certain blends of natural oils that will assist in replenishing your mouth with the moist healthy pink gums that you were so commonly used to.
What I am stating here is that I too once had a fraction of gum disease that was declining into the more advanced stages. As a twisted luck of fate would have it I came across a product that after continual use – help me to reverse my condition back to a normal state. It took time and discipline, but the decision is ultimately yours – you can fight back.
